Return Policy

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 15 days from the purchase date to return it.  All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received, with the original tags attached. 

Please note -The customer is responsible to ship the item back and pay for the additional shipping cost of the exchanged item. We will not accept exchanges or returns on final sale or clearance items. 

TO RETURN:

1. EMAIL US YOUR RETURN REQUEST

Email info@outdoorrepublic.net with your return request. Please include the following:

  • Order Name
  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return

2. OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER.

An email will be sent back to you containing a Return Authorization (RA) Number.

3. SHIP YOUR ITEMS!

Pack your items and write your RA number on the outside of the package.

TO EXCHANGE:

All Items can be exchanged if the item is the same condition as when it was purchased and must be unworn with original tags attached to item.

Please note -The customer is responsible to ship the item back and pay for the additional shipping cost of the exchanged item. We will not accept exchanges on sale or clearance items. Those items are final sale. 

 

CREDITS ON RETURNS:

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received, and your funds will be added back to your account.  Once we receive your shipment, please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your refund.  Your bank or credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

PLEASE NOTE- All items must be free of odors and perfumes. Also free of makeup stains. We will not return or exchange any item if we feel it does not meet the return or exchange policy.
